Note: Admin Downtime March 1st @2:30AM

The member admin area including story submission and modification will be down for database upgrade scheduled for March 1st @2:30am US Pacific UTC-8 time and will last for approximately 30 minutes.

During the scheduled maintenance windows story submission will be disabled and other admin features will likely to be effected as well.

We would like to apologize for the short warning window.

UPDATE (3/1 2:40AM): Database upgrade has been completed and everything is back to normal operational status.

    I still can not access Publish features. Are you still working on the site?

      You need to clear browser cache and refresh. This problem is caused by a cdn operated by Microsoft and should resolve itself globally in a few hours.

    Xing: have followed your good advice: cleared browser, refreshed, restarted computer, even rebooted the router but all to no avail. Frustrating isn’t it

    I can’t do anything on my profile and other functions too, I can log in and leave RL’s but when I want to access my profile I can only “watch”, because it’s shows me that I’m not logged but when I go to browse I’m miraculously logged again. I’m using an IPad and I have couple of PM’s but I can’t do nothing about it. What can I do?

    I cleared browser cache and refreshed, but I still can’t access any drop down menu options because clicking on them continues to lead me back to the main account settings. Please help.

    Hi, I cleared my browser, I refreshed it, I restarted my computer as well, but nothing is available. I hope it’s going to be in a few hours, because it’s killing me (really!). Could I do something else to make it work ?

    Writers in my fandom are still having a problem. BTW: Would this be the big surprise that we were told to expect for the last two months? Just wondering.

      No.

      They’re making sure the surprise, whatever it is, will come smoothly without too many bugs. So expect many updates and bug fixes coming through, for it. Xing will say if it’s the surprise, I am sure.

    Staphy: get a grip, dear. You’ll be able to log in eventually!!
    I gave up this morning after several frustrating hours, then went to work, and have just tried again. I am now able to access my account. Yey. Result. Thank you all for your practical help.
    Take a break & a glass of chilled wine, Staphy, and all will be right with the world again.

    I’d like to be able to write on my phone since I am not always at a computer
    when I have an idea nor do I have the other gadgets like an Ipod or Kindle.
    Nearly all of us have phones though. To upload from a phone would be a great
    thing. Maybe not POST from a phone since it would need to be edited to make
    sure it all looks right and all but to at least be able to work in some
    fashion on a story would be good.

    its 10:02 am EST on 3/2/13 and I can’t submit documents and I had to jump from to mobile to log on…I don’t think much of any other thing are working either..please help

      Check your computer’s clock and disable your firewall’s web filtering if you have it enabled. Most of the cases are caused by retarded firewall software such as Norton and brothers. You can also try the login on a different computer/device within the same household.
