We have tested with Chrome, Firefox, and IE and they all work so far. If refreshing the page doesn’t help, you need to let us know what browser you are using and if you are using the mobile or desktop version of the site.

Same problem here: I can’t add stories/autors to my favorites
I’m using Firefox 19.0.2 update so far but to no avail

Finally it seems that an update of Firefox solve the problem
I’m massive user of Hibernation on Windows and it seems to alter the way Firefox updating
Whatever the real reason is, it works and it’s enough for me
Anyway, thanks all of you

Hmm.. So much updates.
I’m curious to know – why abuse reports are being ignored?
03/02/2013 at 12:58 pm
Yes! I agree so much! I’d rather abuse reports to be taken care of efficiently than all of these updates!

And when the site admins choose to focus on taking care of the reported fanfics and the blog doesn’t update because they are switching gears to focus on that then people will be complaining that the site isn’t updating again. They’ve got to work on both and to think that it is easy to balance between the two with he limited staff the site admins have is ridiculous. A good deal of us expect the site admins to get back to reports once all the updates are done.

Gee… What are you all reporting that is so dang important? Is someone writing in script format again? Is there another interactive story floating about? Seriously, there are more important issues. Issues that actually effect the way the site performs. Those are the ones that are dealt with first. If you have already sent a abuse report, don’t clog up their inbox by sending more. Be patient. It’s only going to take longer if they have to read the same abuse report over and over.

Actually, no, it hasn’t been fixed–I just tried to favorite and follow a story, and it didn’t take.

Okay…disregard my last comment. Favorite seems to be working after all.

I am trying to access my documents, messages and I am trying to oublish a new story and nothing works… The only thing I can do is to read the other people’s stories…

I’m having issues with actually submitting new documents. I’ll hit “Submit” a blank page will come up, and I’ll go back to the docs page, and my new story will not be there. I’ve lost a lot of work already.

Delete This story, please. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/8289144/1/Why_so_serious_questioners
I Can’t believe that you are willing to ignore such a blatant violation to *your* rules for so damned long. Over a full year of constant reports and you still have not deleted it. If you care so little for your own rules then why have a report button?

Hey Xing, there seems to be some strange problem everytime I go to my account. The first time I log on to the ff.net homepage and press my account button at the top I get a “this webpage is not found” error from my IE9. If I refresh the page it comes right up like nothing is wrong. Just thought you would want to know about this weird bug.

I still have a problem with login, review, favorite and folow toggle.
I’m using samsung galaxy note IE mobile and every time I try to login, review or using toggle favorite and follow there is always appeared data connectivity problem.
But If I am using laptop, either mobile or regular site then there is not a problem.
Why is it so?
