Having access issues? Reboot….

There is a very small percentage of users being effected by out-dated dns entries within their browsers, computers/devices, and/or internet service provider. To put it plainly, your browser for some reason is going to the wrong location for our sites thus receiving timeouts and other problems.

If you are having similar issues, please try the following and report to see if any of the steps helped:

  1. Completely close your browser and try again.
  2. Test a different browser.
  3. Reboot your computer or mobile device.

    “Unable to Process Authentication
    We could not process your authentication. Please try again later. Code Call2.”

    I’ve been “trying again later”. This seems to only happen on my iPad, which used to work perfectly fine. I can only access my account on my laptop, and that thing is VERY slow…

    Okay so whenever I try to login it says I have an invalid password, or email. Though I checked and they are both right. So when I tried to change it whenever I put in the password it won’t change because apparently I have the wrong password. What do I do? I’ve tired doing a different password, but somethings wrong.
