There is a very small percentage of users being effected by out-dated dns entries within their browsers, computers/devices, and/or internet service provider. To put it plainly, your browser for some reason is going to the wrong location for our sites thus receiving timeouts and other problems.
If you are having similar issues, please try the following and report to see if any of the steps helped:
- Completely close your browser and try again.
- Test a different browser.
- Reboot your computer or mobile device.
