Our services have been patched to protect from the widely known Heartbleed bug within 24 hours of the publication of the vulnerability. We have further enhanced security with new SSL certificates for all our service and after an extensive security review of our internal network we can assure our users that no account info was at risk before or since the bug outbreak. We do however recommend safety conscious users that want to leave nothing to chance to login and change their passwords.

Our upstream provider is currently upgrading their fiber network and some users may experience packet loss and site slowness. The maintenance work should be completed within the next 2 hours.
We have resolved an issue with certain IE browser and other older browsers experiencing 404 errors accessing our services.
Our upstream network provider will be performing critical upgrades during a window tonight between 9PM and tomorrow 9AM. During the window, there may be a chance of service disruption of 10-15 minutes. The upgrade will resolve and prevent the re-occurrence of yesterday’s service disruption.
Our network provider has fixed the upstream issue that caused the service outage earlier today. We are currently working around the clock to make sure there are no linger effects and are in working with the provider to make sure this will not happen again.
