Network Update

Critical parts of our network received upgrades at 3AM US PST today causing some lingering problem with review submission. The review posting issue has been resolved.

Please note, due to the extend of the upgrade, if you are having problems accessing the site, please let us know on which device and with what version of browser you are using.

    im using the Samsung galaxy pocket phone (android power) and i can’t get to forum replies through my email. it keeps on redirecting me to fictionpress and the page never really loads properly. its very frustrating.

    Also the filters screen won’t come up all the way. Only the left half of it. So I can enter most of the filters but I cannot apply them. Again. Nokia 521 windows phone.

    Author profiles aren’t loading properly, after a page loads I get a page load error from Firefox. Any way to solve this issue? This started after the network upgrades..

    Um I can’t get to my profile on Fanfiction I’m using Windows 7 Google Chrome…
    I tried to use a direct link to my PMs, but it just said no data received.
    I hope you get this resolved soon.

    I’m unable to manage my stories. I click on my username to access my profile and it tells me that the server hasn’t sent any information. This started recently and I thought it might have something to do with my internet provider, but is the only site it happens on. I can read what others have posted and I can comment, I just can’t access my own stuff in order to update. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

      Also, I’m using Google Chrome if that makes any difference.

    motorola droid 2 followed stories page will not load. maybe some other pages too, but that is the 1 I always use

    I can’t seem to login in or reply to messages. I continuously receive, ‘no data received’ messages when I try. Using Chrome 29.

    I am having trouble accessing my account, I am unable to login and reply to my PMs I use Google chrome on a desktop, I also tried it on a Macbook with Safari.

    Tried to access my profile on Firefox and got the error message that the connection was reset. Is there something I need to do to fix this? I’m using my laptop and these errors only started two days ago.

    I’m no computer whiz; I have a laptop and use Windows Internet Explorer as my browser. Ever since the 3rd of September, when I try to log in, I’ve been getting this message that says “There is a problem with this website’s security certificate.” Is that related to the side-effects of this Network Update? Do I just have to update my computer’s security? Did someone tried to hack into my account? I have PMs I need to answer and I can’t do that if I can’t access my account.

    A similar thing has been happening to me on, too. When I try to leave a reply in a forum thread, I get the message of “An error has occurred while processing your request. Please email this error message in full to support@” Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

    Every time I try loading up any story on it takes me to the full website not the mobile verstion that it usually does I know you stated that it will do this on ipads but my phone is a samsung s3 mini. Also everytime I then click for it to be the mobile version it takes me back to the home page in mobile edition but then when I click a story it is then back to the full website. Hopefully this can be fix soon cause it’s making it difficult for me to navigate around the site and stories. Thank you

    When I’m on my android phone trying to access a story update through my email it keeps redirecting me to the full web site. I want the mobile site to load like it normally would. How can I fix this?

    My husband is having problems on his acer tablet (android system), where he tries to access his stories and they are automatically switching him to the mobile site (which he has problems with reading on his tablet). These problems started this morning, we have low end dsl. So far, no problems on satellite internet.

    I access the site using windows explorer (whatever the newest version is) but I really don’t think that matters as my problem pertains to members of the site being unable to post reviews for my story. I know at least one other author having the same problem. I can get guest reviews but not member reviews. It’s like they’re getting sucked into a black void. Members were able to review for the same story just three days ago.
